Red Velvet RM68 for a whole 1/2kg cake @Just Heavenly, Bangsar Shopping Centre

It was sold out when I wanted to buy it a day before. So I had to come back the next day as they said these fresh cakes will come in about 1pm. It was recommended to buy a whole cake vs Red Velvet cup cakes. The moisture level and texture is much better contained in a whole cake where else the cup cakes are dryer. It is absolutely true. Excellent texture, the cream cheese on its outer layer is really fine and cheesy, complements so smoothly with its Red Velvet cake within. The small little red balls are decorations, they look so cute like mini version of raspberries. They are tasteless but crispy, which adds kind of nice bite texture when you are eating the cake. Best to eat when it is chilled cold! Really delicious!

Skin is a dynamic organ. The more you wear it down, the more it thickens and grows. Exfoliation stimulates cellular turnover and collagen production, which improves skin thickness. Skin thickness is what ultimately improves the look of lines and wrinkles” – Dr. Adrienne Denese
