马玲薯泥

马玲薯泥

材料:
马玲薯150g,鲜奶40ml,牛油10g。

酱汁:
耗油2大匙,糖1小匙,玉米粉1小匙,清水100ml,盐少许,胡椒粉少许(把所有酱料搅拌均匀)

薯泥做法:
马玲薯蒸熟压成泥,锅内放入牛油溶解后,放入薯泥@鲜奶,不停搅拌煮至自己要的干度即可。

酱汁做法:
锅内放少许牛油,倒入酱汁煮滚,放入一大匙鲜奶即可
