芒果冰

    He had a business trip to Taiwan recently. While waiting for him to come out from his meetings, Crystalake spent her days there trying out the local food especially the yummy desserts, and love the 芒果冰! Now, let us see how to make one :

    芒果冰台灣的一種冰品,有別於傳統的刨冰加入粉圓、芋圓、仙草等,它加入的是新鮮的芒果、煉乳以及芒果冰淇淋覆蓋在挫冰或綿綿冰上面,有著清涼解暑的功用。許多地方的傳統冰店都紛紛賣起芒果冰或各式水果冰。

    有別於芒果冰沙,芒果冰裡的芒果通常是切成小塊狀。

    芒果冰沙-将芒果去皮切小块待用;鲜奶和冰块放入调理机中快速搅拌,在放入芒果一起搅拌均匀,加入蜂蜜调味,最后用滤心棒盖住滤网口倒出冰沙入杯享用。

    1.芒果削去果皮后切成大丁备用
    2.锅中倒入白砂糖和水煮至沸腾,再放入芒果丁煮滚,起锅前挤入柠檬汁略微搅拌均匀,再熄火放凉成为芒果酱备用
    3.将冰块先放入调理机中打成冰砂状,再盛入盘中,然后淋上适量的芒果酱和炼乳即可完成
