My new place

When I first visited this place, the first impression I had was “So much greenery!”. I know many would consider it a confused maze of a structure, but I actually think it is very interesting looking. The maze reminds me of my room, which is perpetually messy anyway.

A new residential concept with unique architecture, the Interlace (LEAF-certified Development) has extensive sky terraces and roof gardens that bring greenery right into the building form. Did you know that each communal sky terrace is specially themed, with gardens such as the Games Garden, Bonsai Garden and Garden of Essence? Greenery is also brought down to the basement carpark and onto private roof gardens and balconies, involving residents in the care of the landscape. Many varieties of plant species are planted to attract fauna to the gardens.

The Interlace was one of nine developments which received the Landscape Excellence Assessment Framework (LEAF) certificate in recognition for its excellent greenery efforts. LEAF is the first and only certification scheme in Singapore dedicated to recognise developments for greenery excellence in Singapore. Learn more here: http://www.nparks.gov.sg/leaf
